Place the scale on a flat, hard surface and insert the LR03 batteries. Step onto the center of the platform barefoot and wait for the display to stabilise. Select or store one of the four user profiles according to the on-device instructions to record measurements per user. The display shows your weight and the color-coded indication of weight change compared to the previous measurement.
