The Terratec Connect C8 USB 2.0 Type-C Hub is a compact grey docking solution that expands a USB Type-C port into multiple interfaces. It provides power delivery passthrough, video output via HDMI, fast USB Type-A ports, a card reader for common memory formats, and a Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 port, allowing connection of notebooks, ultraportables and other Type-C devices to wired networks and peripherals.

Advantages

The hub supports USB Type-C Power Delivery passthrough up to 100W, enabling simultaneous charging of a connected laptop while using the hub. HDMI output delivers up to 4K@30Hz (or 1080p@60Hz) for external displays. Two USB 3.0 (USB 3.2 Gen 1) Type-A ports offer up to 5 Gbps data transfer and are backward compatible, with BC 1.2 fast charging support. A built-in card reader accepts all common memory card formats and a Gigabit Ethernet (RJ45) port provides stable wired network connectivity.
