The TKH 19" 1U unpopulated patch panel accommodates up to 24 ports in a black metal housing designed for 19-inch rack mounting. This blank panel accepts keystone or RJ45 modules (modules not included), providing a central termination point for structured copper cabling in server rooms, network closets and wiring cabinets. The unpopulated design allows customization with preferred connector types and labeling to suit specific network architectures.
The panel offers a compact 1U footprint and robust steel construction for reliable rack integration and long-term mechanical stability. Its unpopulated front lets technicians fit keystone jacks or RJ45 modules as required, simplifying spare-part logistics and future upgrades. The black finish supports professional rack aesthetics and helps visually integrate the panel with existing equipment.
Install the panel in a standard 19-inch rack using the provided mounting points and appropriate rack screws. Populate the front openings with compatible keystone jacks or RJ45 modules according to your cabling plan, terminate cable pairs on the selected modules following the wiring standard in use (for example T568A or T568B), and secure cable runs to the rack to maintain strain relief. Label each port to match patching and documentation practices.
