TOTEN System G 19" cabinet model 19-G6018GP is an 18U rack enclosure with external dimensions 600 x 1000 mm and a tempered glass front door. Designed for mounting 19" network and server equipment, it offers visible front access, adjustable mounting columns and built-in provisions for cable entry and ventilation. The cabinet is machine-made with laser-cut, punched and robot-welded parts, finished in black powder-coated SPCC steel and delivered with feet, wheels, basket nuts, keys and a mounting tool.

The cabinet combines a ventilated tempered glass front door and a perforated rear door with 75% ventilation rate, enabling airflow while keeping equipment visible and accessible. Mounting columns are made from a patented 2 mm zinc alloy that resists electrostatic damage, provides clear unit marking and can be adjusted in 25 mm steps. How to use

Place the cabinet on a level surface and fit the supplied feet or wheels as required. Adjust the four mounting columns to the desired depth in 25 mm increments, then secure 19" equipment using the included basket nuts and screws. Route network and power cables through the stepwise openable cable glands at the base and the dedicated roof openings for fan modules or cable entry. Lock the glass front door and removable side panels after installation to secure equipment.

Usage recommendations
