19" cabinet TOTEN 19-G6032GP 32U 600x1000 with glass front door
TOTEN System G 19" cabinet model 19-G6032GP is a 32U server and network rack with a 600 x 1000 mm footprint, a tempered glass front door and a perforated rear door. The enclosure is manufactured with laser-cut, turret-punched and robot-welded steel components, with rounded edges and ISO 9001 quality control. It supports standardized 19" mounting on four adjustable zinc-alloy columns and includes removable lockable side panels, front and rear doors with locks, feet, wheels, cage nuts with screws, keys and a mounting tool.
The cabinet combines visual access through a tempered glass front door and high ventilation at the rear (perforated door with about 75% open area). Mounting columns are made of a patented zinc alloy that resists electrostatic discharge, is durable for repeated installations and features clear unit markings and cable management holes. The roof accepts the TOTEN Modular Fan System for selectable cooling capacity, while step-wise openable cable entries at the base accommodate numerous network and separate power cables. The enclosure is powder-coated SPCC steel (RAL9004) with IP20 protection and a static distributed load capacity of 800 kg.
Position the cabinet on a level surface and install the supplied feet or wheels according to the required installation. Open the lockable removable side panels and the front and rear doors to access the interior. Adjust the four 19" mounting columns forwards or backwards in 25 mm increments to achieve the desired mounting depth, then mount equipment using standard 19" rails and the provided cage nuts and screws. Use the roof space for optional TOTEN Modular Fan modules if additional cooling is required. Route network cables through the step-wise openable cable glands at the base and keep power cables in the separate dedicated openings.
Before accepting delivery, inspect the packaging and cabinet for visible shipping damage and document any issues on the consignment note; report damage immediately to the carrier. For safe operation ensure adequate room ventilation and follow equipment manufacturer guidelines for weight distribution and cooling when installing servers and network devices.
