19" rack cabinet TOTEN G3.6037.9801 37U 600x1000 with perforated front and rear doors
TOTEN System G 19" cabinet model G3.6037.9801 is a 37U rack enclosure with a 600x1000 mm footprint, designed for server room and network equipment housing. The cabinet features perforated front and rear doors for improved airflow, adjustable 19" mounting columns made of a patented zinc alloy, and a roof prepared for the TOTEN Modular Fan System. All metal parts are laser-cut, hydraulic-punched and robot-welded with rounded edges and ISO 9001 quality assurance. The cabinet is delivered with feet, removable and lockable side panels, front and rear doors with locks, and included accessories for quick assembly.
The cabinet offers a high ventilation rate with perforated front and rear doors (approx. 75% ventilation) and a static distributed load capacity of 800 kg. Patented zinc-alloy mounting columns provide electrostatic resistance, repeated-installation durability and clearly visible unit markings. The powder-coated SPCC steel outer cover (1.2 mm, RAL9004) and IP20 protection class ensure robust basic protection for installed equipment. Cable management is facilitated by step-wise openable cable glands at the base for up to 1000 network cables and separate power cable openings. The roof supports modular fan installation to adjust cooling capacity as needed.
Place the cabinet on a level surface and install the supplied feet or wheels according to floor requirements. Mount equipment on the four 19" columns using the provided basket nuts and screws, adjusting the columns forward or backward in 25 mm steps to achieve the correct mounting depth. Route network and power cables through the step-wise openable cable glands at the base and the separate power openings. If additional airflow is needed, install TOTEN Modular Fan System components on the roof according to the fan kit instructions. Lock side panels and doors after installation to secure equipment.
Open the packaging and inspect the cabinet for transport damage before signing the waybill; report and document any damage to the shipper. For optimal thermal performance keep several rack units free for airflow and use the roof fan options when mounting high-density equipment.
