19" server cabinet TOTEN System G, 42U, footprint 600x1000 mm with perforated front door designed for mounting standard 19" IT equipment. The cabinet is manufactured with laser-cut, hydraulically punched and robot-welded components for precise assembly; sharp edges are rounded and the final product is quality checked according to ISO 9001. It includes adjustable 19" mounting columns made of a patented zinc alloy, a roof prepared for the TOTEN Modular Fan System, step-wise openable cable glands at the base and removable lockable side panels. Wheels, cage nuts with screws, keys and a mounting tool are supplied; the cabinet is delivered with feet and can be put into use in approximately five minutes.

How to use

Position the cabinet on a flat surface and attach the supplied feet or wheels. Install equipment on the four 19" mounting columns, adjusting columns forward or backward in 25 mm increments to suit device depth. Route network and power cables through the step-wise openable cable glands at the base and through the holes provided in the columns. If additional cooling is required, mount a compatible TOTEN Modular Fan System on the roof. Lock front and rear doors and side panels after installation for physical security.
