19-inch floor cabinet TOTEN 19-G6642PD 42U 600x600 with perforated front door
TOTEN System G 19-inch floor cabinet, model 19-G6642PD, is a 42U rack enclosure with a 600 x 600 mm footprint and perforated front and split perforated rear doors. It is designed for 19" servers, switches and other network equipment, providing secure enclosed mounting, built-in cable access and selectable fan mounting on the roof for active cooling.
The cabinet is manufactured with laser-cut, hydraulically punched and robot-welded components for precise assembly; all edges are rounded and the product is quality checked to ISO 9001 standards. Mounting rails consist of a patented 2 mm zinc-alloy column system that reduces electrostatic risk, is durable for repeated installations and features clear unit markings and cable management openings. Perforated metal doors offer approximately 75% ventilation and the top supports the TOTEN Modular Fan System. Cable glands at the base open stepwise to accommodate a large number of network cables, while separate openings are provided for power cables. The cabinet includes feet, castors, cage nuts with screws, keys and a mounting tool.
Place the cabinet on a level surface and assemble the included feet or wheels according to the supplied instructions. Install equipment on the 19" mounting rails and use the pre-marked unit indicators to align devices. Route network and power cables through the step-wise opening cable glands at the cabinet base and through dedicated cable holes; use the column openings for internal cable management. If additional active cooling is required, mount the TOTEN Modular Fan System on the roof according to the fan system instructions. Lock doors and removable side panels after installation to secure equipment.
Before accepting delivery, inspect the packaging and cabinet for transport damage and record any defects on the waybill. Use appropriate lifting equipment when moving the cabinet and evenly distribute load across the rack; observe the 800 kg static load limit. For improved airflow, maintain clear space in front of and behind the perforated doors and follow manufacturer instructions when adding fans or power distribution units.
