19" TOTEN system G floor cabinet, 18U, 600x800 mm footprint with a glass front door and perforated rear door. The cabinet is machine manufactured: parts are laser cut, formed with a hydraulic turret punch and robot-welded for precision. Edges are deburred, components assembled and quality-checked to ISO 9001. The cabinet provides 19" mounting on four zinc-alloy posts with adjustable mounting positions in 25 mm increments and a static load rating of 800 kg. Inner mounting width is 487 mm and protection class is IP20. Outer panels are powder-coated SPCC steel (RAL9004). Includes right-hinged front and rear doors with locks, removable and lockable side panels, mounting accessories, and castors; delivered assembled on feet and ready for installation.

How to use

Position the assembled cabinet where needed and, if desired, fit the included castors or feet. Adjust the zinc-alloy mounting columns to the required front-to-back position in 25 mm increments and secure them. Mount 19" equipment using the supplied cage nuts and screws, route cables through the cabinet openings and close the doors, locking them with the supplied keys. Check airflow through the perforated rear door and ensure the cabinet remains within the 800 kg static load limit.

Before signing the delivery note, inspect the packaging and cabinet for transport damage and record any defects with the carrier.
