TOTEN system G 19" floor cabinet, model G3.6818.9801, provides 18U of standard 19-inch mounting space in a compact 600 x 800 mm footprint. The cabinet features perforated front and rear doors to improve airflow and basic ventilation for rack-mounted servers, switches and network equipment. Constructed from laser-cut and robot-welded steel components with powder-coated finish, the cabinet is delivered assembled with adjustable mounting columns, lockable front and rear doors, removable side panels, feet and included mounting hardware.

How to use

Place the assembled cabinet on a level surface and secure the feet or install the wheels as required. Open the lockable front and rear doors and attach rack-mounted equipment to the 19" mounting columns using the supplied cage nuts and screws. Adjust the mounting columns in 25 mm steps to align equipment depth. Route cables through the cabinet openings and use the perforated doors to assist passive airflow; maintain clearance for ventilation and service access.

Usage recommendations

Inspect the cabinet on delivery for transit damage before installation. For safe operation, distribute equipment weight evenly and ensure total load does not exceed the 800 kg rating. Use the lockable doors to restrict access and maintain at least the manufacturer-recommended clearance around the cabinet for adequate cooling.
