19" TOTEN System G 32U network cabinet with external dimensions 600x1000 mm and a tempered glass front door combined with a solid metal rear door. The cabinet is manufactured with laser-cut parts, hydraulic turret punching and robotic welding to ensure consistent precision; edges are rounded and the final product is quality checked according to ISO 9001. Designed for mounting 19-inch servers, switches and network equipment, it provides organized rack mounting, front visibility through the glass door and protection for equipment in server rooms, data centers or office IT closets.

Advantages

The cabinet supports a static distributed load of up to 800 kg and offers an internal mounting width of 487 mm on four adjustable mounting columns made of a patented 2 mm zinc alloy that resists electrostatic damage and simplifies repeated installations. How to use

Place the cabinet on a level surface and attach the included feet or wheels according to the supplied assembly tool instructions. Install the removable side panels and unlock the front and rear doors to access the 19" mounting columns. Position the adjustable columns to the required depth (in 25 mm steps) and mount servers, switches, patch panels and other 19" equipment using the supplied cage nuts and screws. Route network and power cables through the step-wise openable cable glands at the bottom and through the pre-cut cable openings; use the roof aperture for installing the TOTEN Modular Fan System if additional cooling is required.

Usage recommendations

Always inspect the cabinet and all included accessories for transport damage before signing the waybill; document and report any damage to the forwarder. Maintain clear airflow by avoiding blocking the front glass door ventilation frame and plan cable management to keep power and network cables separated where possible.
