Network Switch TP-LINK ES430-26P-POE L2 24xPoE+ 2xSFP 370W
The TP-LINK ES430-26P-POE is a Layer 2 network switch with 24 PoE+ Ethernet ports and two SFP uplink slots designed for small to medium business networks. With a total PoE budget of 370W, the switch supplies power and data over standard Ethernet cabling to devices such as IP cameras, wireless access points and VoIP phones while providing the traffic segmentation and control features expected from L2 equipment.
The switch combines a high PoE budget with centralized power delivery, reducing the need for separate power supplies for connected devices. Layer 2 features include VLAN support, QoS and basic traffic management that help prioritize voice and video traffic and separate networks for security and performance. Two SFP uplink slots enable fiber connectivity or longer-distance uplinks to a core switch or router. The rack-mountable form factor and managed feature set simplify deployment and integration into existing network infrastructures.
Install the switch in a rack or place it on a stable surface and connect the uplink SFP modules or copper uplink to your core router or aggregation switch. Connect PoE-powered devices to the Ethernet ports using Cat5e/Cat6 cables. Use the management interface to configure VLANs, QoS and port settings to match the network design. Monitor PoE consumption to ensure the total power draw of connected devices does not exceed the 370 W budget; adjust port power allocation or device deployment if necessary.
For reliable operation, use quality Ethernet cabling (Cat5e or better) and appropriate SFP transceivers for fiber uplinks. Plan PoE load distribution across ports to avoid exceeding the total power budget and configure VLANs and QoS to isolate and prioritize voice and video traffic. Regularly check firmware updates and network monitoring logs to maintain performance and security.
