The MC100CM media converter converts 100BASE-FX fiber to 100BASE-TX copper or vice versa. Compliant with IEEE 802.3u for 10/100Base-TX and 100Base-FX, it is intended for use with multimode fiber using an SC-type connector. The module operates at 1310 nm for both transmit and receive and supports LX laser specification with full wire-speed forwarding.
