Plug one TL-PA7017P adapter into a mains outlet next to your router and connect it to the router using an Ethernet cable. Plug the second adapter into a mains outlet near the device you want to connect and attach a network cable from the adapter to that device. The adapters automatically establish a secure powerline link; use the pair button if manual pairing or resetting is required. The pass-through socket on each adapter allows another device to remain powered at the same location.
