The TP-Link JetStream TL-SG2218 is a managed 16-port Gigabit switch with two SFP slots, designed for centralized Omada SDN management. It provides a 36 Gbit/s switching capacity and supports standard IEEE networking protocols in a 1U rack-mountable black chassis. The switch is intended for deployments that require reliable wired connectivity, scalable network segmentation and integration with access points and gateways under a single cloud-managed interface.

Advantages

The TL-SG2218 supports Omada Software Defined Networking (SDN) for centralized cloud access, a broad set of L2+ and L3 features for scalable routing and segmentation, and enterprise-level capabilities such as 802.1Q VLAN, Link Aggregation, STP/RSTP/MSTP and IGMP Snooping.
