PoE Adapter Trendnet TI-EU120
The TRENDnet TI-EU120 2-Port Industrial Outdoor Gigabit UPoE extender extends a single UPoE connection by an additional 100 meters (328 ft.) to support up to two PoE+ devices. Housed in an IP67 weatherproof enclosure, the unit auto-detects PoE (15.4W), PoE+ (30W) and UPoE (60W) signals and includes a built-in voltage booster to maintain stable output for higher-power devices. With one UPoE input and two PoE/PoE+ output ports, the extender allows a maximum reach of up to 200 meters (656 ft.) from the PoE source and supports daisy-chaining of up to four units for longer runs.
The TI-EU120 provides outdoor-rated protection (IP67) and an extended operating temperature range (-40° to 75° C), enabling installation in harsh environments. It supports gigabit speeds on all ports while delivering UPoE-compatible power and a built-in voltage booster to ensure consistent power delivery to PoE+ and UPoE devices. The device is PoE powered, eliminating the need for a separate power supply and simplifying installation. Compact and robust, it weighs approximately 0.834 kg and has a black housing suitable for outdoor mounting.
Connect the incoming UPoE feed from your PoE source to the TI-EU120 UPoE input port. Connect up to two PoE/PoE+ devices to the PoE output ports. The extender will automatically detect the connected device type (PoE, PoE+, or UPoE) and supply appropriate power while the internal voltage booster maintains stable output. For longer runs, add additional TI-EU120 units in a daisy chain configuration, observing the maximum total extension limits. No external power supply is required when the unit receives UPoE from the source.
Install the TI-EU120 in a protected mounting location using appropriate outdoor-rated cabling and connectors. Verify the PoE source provides sufficient UPoE power if you require the full power budget, and plan daisy-chain segments so the total distance and power budget meet the connected devices’ requirements.
