TRENDnet’s Unmanaged Switch TPE-TG44G is an 8-port Gigabit switch that delivers data and Power over Ethernet (PoE/PoE+) over existing Ethernet cables. The compact metal-cased device provides four Gigabit PoE+ ports and four Gigabit non-PoE ports, supports a 16 Gbps switching capacity and a MAC address table of 1000 entries, and follows IEEE 802.3 family standards to expand or add PoE devices to a small office or surveillance network.

The TPE-TG44G supplies up to 30 W per port to 802.3at PoE+ devices (auto-sensing, up to two devices) and 15 W per port to 802.3af PoE devices (up to four devices), while non-PoE ports carry data only.
