The Triton 19" Rack 15U (600x800) is a freestanding steel cabinet designed for data and telecommunication installations. Built for high strength and heavy load capacity, the cabinet has a grey finish, a lockable glass front door and removable side and rear panels. Sliding 19" rails are rigidly mounted on the cabinet centre line and the 800 mm wide version also supports alternative 21" and offset 19" mounting positions. Cable entry points are provided at the top, bottom and rear, and the cabinet includes ventilation openings, earthing provisions and basic mounting hardware.

How to use

Position the freestanding rack on a level surface and adjust the levelling feet to stabilise the cabinet. Unlock and open or remove the front glass door and the side or rear panels as needed to access the interior. Fit equipment on the 19" rails, adjusting the rails in depth (and across width on 800 mm models) to suit unit depths. Route cables through the nearest breakout panels at top, bottom or rear; use the brush strip to limit dust ingress. If active cooling is required, install fan units in the provided top or base openings and secure them under the 3D cover where applicable. Connect the earthing point according to site safety rules.

Usage recommendations

For stable long-term operation, distribute weight evenly across the mounting rails, secure heavy equipment at lower U positions, and ensure proper earthing and ventilation. Use the lockable door and removable panels to restrict access and facilitate maintenance.
