Freestanding rack Triton 19" Delta S rack 22U/600x600 glass grey
The Triton 19" Delta S freestanding rack 22U (600x600 mm) is a robust steel cabinet designed for data and telecommunication installations that require high load-bearing capacity and a neat professional appearance. The 22U frame supports equipment mounting on 19" rails and is available with a glass front door in grey finish. The cabinet’s construction emphasizes strength and practical access for cabling and ventilation, with a maximum load capacity suitable for server-room and network cabling equipment.
The Delta S cabinet features rigidly fixed sliding rails set at 19" on the cabinet centre line and additional mounting options on 800 mm wide models for 21" centre or 19" off-centre positions. The hinged front door includes a lockable swing handle and 180° hinge design for easy removal or change of opening direction. Removable side and rear panels lock with key-operated locks. Cable entry points in the top, bottom and rear are protected by breakout-style blanking panels and a larger square cable entry area (333 cm2). Vertical 19" rails are adjustable in depth and, on 800 mm models, across the width. The cabinet includes fan openings with a 3D top cover, a brush strip to reduce dust ingress, adjustable leveling feet, vented sections for natural convection, an earthing system and basic mounting hardware.
Place the freestanding rack on a level surface and adjust the leveling feet to ensure stable installation. Install equipment on the 19" vertical rails, which can be moved forward or backward to fit equipment depth; align and secure rails using the provided Tap-tite screw positions. Route cables through the top, bottom or rear breakout panels and use the brush strip to limit dust ingress. Fit fan units into the provided base or top openings if active cooling is required. For access, open the lockable front door or remove side and rear panels using the key-operated locks.
For safe operation and longevity, distribute equipment weight evenly, ensure the total load does not exceed the specified 300 kg capacity, and maintain proper ventilation. Securely fasten all mounted devices and verify earthing connections. When installing heavy or deep equipment, check rail adjustment range and clearance before final mounting.
