The Triton 19" Rack 32U/600x1000 is a freestanding steel cabinet designed for data and telecommunication installations. Built with reinforced construction and a 4 mm safety hardened glass front door, the cabinet offers reliable mechanical strength and a professional appearance. It supports standard 19" mounting rails and provides multiple cable entry points, ventilation openings and adjustable mounting feet for stable installation.

Advantages

The cabinet is made of steel with a safety hardened glass door and delivers high load capacity and rigidity suitable for heavy equipment. Sliding mounting rails are fixed to the cabinet shell on the cabinet centre line and allow 19" mounting; in wider versions there are additional positions for alternative centring. How to use

Position the freestanding rack on a level surface and adjust the mounting and levelling feet until the cabinet is stable. Install equipment using the 19" vertical mounting rails, adjusting the rails in depth as required for each device. Route cables through the top, bottom or rear cable entry panels; remove the appropriate blanking panels and use the brush strip to limit dust ingress. Fit fan units into the top or base openings if active ventilation is needed and ensure the top 3D cover is correctly seated. Lock side and rear panels after completing installation to secure the equipment.

Usage recommendations

For optimal performance, distribute equipment weight evenly across the rack and keep heavy items lower in the cabinet. Use the provided earthing points and secure all panels and doors with the key locks. If high airflow is required, install compatible fan modules in the provided openings and maintain clearances for natural convective ventilation.
