A universal RMA cabinet for data and telecommunication equipment offering a range of sizes and accessories. The welded, rigid construction and updated skeleton rails ensure durable support for common applications. The cabinet includes removable side panels and rear cover, adjustable vertical 19" rails, and multiple cable entry points. Options include castors, levelling feet or a base, a fan-unit-compatible door, and accessory kits for active cooling and cable management.

Advantages

The cabinet features a robust welded frame with wider 1.3 mm skeleton rails for improved strength. Doors open nearly 180° and can be removed or re-mounted to change opening direction; double wing doors use hook-on hinges. Tritón handles are factory-made and allow fitting a half-cylindrical lock insert by replacing the plastic module (module not included). Removable side panels and rear cover are secured with locks using the same key as the door. Perforated skeleton and dedicated openings support airflow and installation of fan units. For wider models, the Flex frame enables 19", 21" or 23" vertical rail spans, and deeper enclosures include a central pair of rails for additional mounting options.

How to use

Place the cabinet on levelling feet or install optional castors or a base as required. Fit adjustable 19" vertical rails to the desired depth and mount equipment using standard 19" mounting hardware. Use the removable side panels and rear cover to access internal components during installation and maintenance; locks ensure secure closure. Route cables through the breakout-type blanking panels in the base, ceiling or rear cover and seal them with the supplied brush strip or protective fringe to reduce dust ingress. If needed, fit fan units through the dedicated opening or order the fan-unit-compatible door for external fan installation.

Recommendations

For installations with heavy loads or dense cabling, install the horizontal cable management system in the skeleton and consider the swing frame or additional central rails for improved access and support. For active cooling, choose compatible Tritón fan units and the fan-door option to simplify maintenance and reduce internal temperature.
