UGREEN Flat Ethernet patchcord RJ45 Cat6 UTP 1000Mbps 1 m white is a Cat6 flat LAN cable designed for Gigabit Ethernet and common network protocols. The cable supports frequencies up to 250 MHz and is suitable for 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX (Fast Ethernet), 1000BASE-T / 1000BASE-TX (Gigabit Ethernet) and 10GBASE-T (10-Gigabit Ethernet). The flat profile makes routing along walls, under carpets or through tight spaces easier while maintaining a stranded conductor structure and unshielded twisted pairs (UTP).
The cable uses CCA (copper-clad aluminum) conductors with a PVC jacket and 26 AWG gauge, providing a balance of flexibility and signal transmission for typical home and office network setups. Its Cat6 specification and performance up to 250 MHz enable stable gigabit data transfer and streaming. The flat design simplifies installation in confined or visible areas and reduces cable bulk.
Insert the RJ45 connectors into the corresponding Ethernet ports on your router, switch, PC or network device until a click is felt. Route the flat cable along walls, skirting boards or under carpets to the desired location, avoiding sharp bends and excessive tension. Verify link and network activity lights on connected devices to confirm the connection.
For best long-term performance, avoid tight bends and repeated flexing at the connector ends. Keep the cable away from high-voltage power cables and strong electromagnetic sources to reduce potential interference. If maximum 10GBASE-T performance is required over longer distances, consider a fully copper Cat6a or Cat7 cable instead of CCA-based Cat6.
