How to use

Before first use, shake the marker vigorously with the cap on to mix the pigment evenly. Unlock the tip if required by pressing the nib gently on scrap paper or a mixing surface until the ink flows. For best results on paper and card, write or draw directly; the ink is permanent and bleed-proof on these surfaces. For non-porous surfaces such as glass, metal, plastic, wood or ceramics, apply the marker and allow the paint to dry fully before applying any recommended heat or varnish treatment to increase permanence.

Usage recommendations

To make marks permanent on specific surfaces: bake glass and porcelain at 160°C for 45 minutes then seal with clear varnish; bake terracotta at 220°C for 45 minutes then seal; iron textiles on the reverse to fix the ink; spray metal, plastic and wood with clear varnish for increased durability. Test on a small area first and follow safety guidance for heat treatments and varnish use.
