The Unidelta elbow PE GZ 32 mm x 1" fitting is an angled connector designed to join 32 mm polyethylene (PE) tubing with a 1-inch male threaded fixture. It creates a secure transition between flexible PE pipework and metal-threaded components, providing a compact directional change where a threaded connection is required. The fitting is intended for use in potable and non-potable water distribution, irrigation systems and general plumbing installations where a reliable joint between polymer pipe and a threaded outlet or valve is needed.
This elbow fitting offers a stable mechanical connection between PE piping and 1" threaded components, enabling easy assembly and disassembly of threaded devices. Its angled design reduces the need for additional adapters when changing direction in piping runs. The connector is compatible with standard 32 mm PE tubing and standard 1" threads, providing versatility in mixed-material systems and simplifying installation in confined spaces.
Prepare the 32 mm PE pipe by cutting squarely and removing burrs to ensure a clean fit. Insert the PE pipe into the fitting according to the manufacturer’s recommended insertion depth and secure it using the appropriate compression, electrofusion, or mechanical method specified for the fitting type. Screw the 1" male-threaded component into the threaded end, applying suitable thread sealant or tape if required by the installation.
