Unidelta reducer tee PE threaded 32 mm x 3/4" x 32 mm is a polyethylene pipe fitting designed to create a reduced central outlet with a 3/4" threaded connection. The fitting integrates two 32 mm PE sockets and a threaded middle branch to allow installation of valves, meters or adapters without the need for additional transition pieces. It is intended for use in water distribution and irrigation systems where a durable, corrosion-free joint and a transition to a metal-threaded element are required.
The reducer tee provides a reliable mechanical connection between PE piping and threaded components while maintaining the chemical resistance and flexibility of polyethylene. Its threaded central branch enables straightforward integration of standard 3/4" fittings, simplifying installation of shut-off valves, pressure gauges or hose adapters. The one-piece design reduces potential leak points compared with assemblies of separate adaptors and couplings, and the fitting is suitable for buried or exposed installations depending on system requirements.
Prepare the PE pipe ends by cutting square and removing burrs, then insert the 32 mm pipes into the PE sockets following the manufacturer’s recommended joining method for polyethylene fittings (electrofusion, butt fusion or appropriate mechanical coupling). Tighten or seal the 3/4" threaded branch with suitable thread sealant or tape before installing the valve, meter or adapter. Ensure alignment and allow any fusion joints to cool and cure according to procedure before placing the system under pressure.
Verify compatibility of the 3/4" threaded component with the fitting orientation and use appropriate sealing materials. Follow local regulations for potable water systems and the PE joining method specified by the fitter to ensure leak-free performance.
