USB Hub SBOX H-207
The SBOX H-207 is a compact USB hub designed to expand a single USB 2.0 host port into multiple USB 2.0 interfaces. Housed in a slim silver aluminum case, the device supports data transfer rates up to 480 Mbit/s and provides seven downstream ports for connecting peripherals such as external drives, keyboards, mice, printers and other USB devices. The hub is bus-powered via the USB host with a 5 V input and 0.5 A current, and its compact footprint (149 mm x 37 mm x 22 mm) makes it suitable for desktop and mobile workspaces.
The SBOX H-207 offers a simple way to increase available USB ports without requiring an external power supply, using the USB 2.0 host interface for plug-and-play operation. The aluminum housing provides a durable, lightweight enclosure and a neutral silver finish that blends with a variety of devices and setups. With seven USB 2.0 downstream ports and support for up to 480 Mbit/s, it enables simultaneous connections for multiple low- to medium-bandwidth peripherals while maintaining a small physical size.
Connect the SBOX H-207 to an available USB 2.0 host port on your computer using the integrated or supplied USB cable. Once connected, the operating system should detect the hub automatically and enable the downstream ports. Plug peripheral devices into any of the seven USB ports. Since the hub is bus-powered, avoid connecting high-current devices that require dedicated external power. For stable operation, connect storage devices and peripherals one at a time if the host or connected devices do not enumerate immediately.
Use the hub for keyboards, mice, flash drives, printers and other low- to medium-power USB devices. If you need to connect multiple high-draw devices such as certain external hard drives or charging multiple mobile devices simultaneously, consider using a powered hub or an externally powered USB port to ensure reliable performance.
