Acrylic paint VALLEJO 72.089, Green, 17 ml, liquid, solvent-free
VALLEJO 72.089 is a 17 ml bottle of green acrylic paint in liquid, water-based form, formulated without solvents. Designed for model making, miniatures and fine-detail work, this paint offers a matt, opaque finish and fast drying that preserves fine sculptural details. The water-based formulation provides good adhesion on primed surfaces including plastic, resin, metal and similar modelling materials, and can be used with a brush directly or with an airbrush when thinned appropriately. Cleaning of brushes and tools is done with water.
This green acrylic paint delivers a matt, opaque coverage with a self-leveling film that helps to retain small surface details. Its solvent-free, water-based composition reduces strong odors and simplifies cleaning. The formulation includes a resilient resin that increases resistance to handling abrasion, making it suitable for painted miniatures and gaming figures. Rapid drying and uniform pigmentation make the product practical for layered painting and quick touch-ups.
Apply VALLEJO 72.089 on a previously primed surface for optimal adhesion and color fidelity. Shake the bottle before use to ensure even pigment distribution. For direct brush application use undiluted or slightly thinned with water to improve flow; for airbrushing thin with the appropriate thinner or water to match your airbrush setup and desired opacity. Allow each thin layer to dry before applying subsequent coats to maintain detail and avoid pooling. Clean brushes and tools with water immediately after use.
Use on miniatures and models that have been primed with a compatible primer. Test thinning ratios on a scrap surface before airbrushing. Store the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve consistency and pigment stability.
