Acrylic paint VALLEJO 70.866 – liquid acrylic, 17 ml, green‑grey
VALLEJO 70.866 is a 17 ml bottle of liquid acrylic paint in a green‑grey shade from the Model Color range, formulated for miniature painting, modelling and hobby use. The water-based, matt and opaque formula offers high pigment concentration and rapid drying to create a self-leveling, homogenous paint film. The product is suited to fine brushwork and airbrush application after thinning, and adheres well to primed plastic, resin, metal and other modelling surfaces. Bottled with an eyedropper cap, the paint is easy to dose and store for extended use.
The paint features a high pigment load for good coverage in thin coats and reliable opacity where needed. Its water-based composition is non-flammable and solvent-free, allowing easy thinning with water for washes, glazing or airbrushing. The fast-drying, self-leveling nature reduces brush marks and provides consistent finish across large areas and tiny details alike. Eyedropper packaging minimizes evaporation and enables precise dispensing, reducing waste.
Shake the bottle gently before use and dispense a small amount onto a palette. For brush application use undiluted or thin with a few drops of water to achieve washes or smoother layering. For airbrushing dilute gradually with water or a suitable acrylic thinner until the spray viscosity is reached, straining if necessary to remove any particles. Apply thin coats, allowing the paint to dry between layers to build up opacity and control blending. Clean brushes and tools with water immediately after use.
Apply the paint on a primed surface for best adhesion and consistent color. Use the eyedropper cap to control quantity and avoid contamination of the bottle. For effects like glazing or translucent washes, add small amounts of water; for denser coverage use multiple thin coats rather than a single heavy layer. Refer to the manufacturer's safety data for handling and storage information.
