Acrylic paint VALLEJO 70.882 — Yellow, 17 ml (single bottle)
VALLEJO 70.882 is a 17 ml bottle of matt, opaque yellow acrylic paint from the Model Color range, formulated for brush-on use and suitable for airbrush thinning. The pigmented, water-based formula dries rapidly to a self-leveling, homogeneous film that preserves fine detail. This single-bottle pack is intended for model making, miniatures, military models and general craft work on surfaces such as plastic, resin, metal and white metal. The colour is compatible with mixing and layering techniques and cleans up with water.
The paint offers high pigment concentration for good coverage and opacity in thin layers, with strong adhesion to resin, plastics, steel and white metal. Its fast-drying, self-leveling character makes it suitable for both broad surface coverage and precise detail work. Water-based formulation allows easy thinning and brush or airbrush application, and tools wash out with plain water.
Shake the bottle before use to ensure uniform pigment suspension. Apply the paint on a primed surface for best adhesion and colour fidelity. For brush application use undiluted or slightly thinned paint; for airbrushing thin with appropriate water-based thinner or Vallejo airbrush medium until the desired viscosity is reached. Allow sufficient drying time between thin layers to preserve detail and prevent pooling. Clean brushes and tools with water immediately after use.
Prime model surfaces before painting. Test colour mixes on a palette before applying to the model. Work in thin layers to avoid obscuring details; use glazing or layering to achieve smooth gradients and weathering effects.
