VALUE UTP Cable Cat6 halogen-free grey 1 m RJ‑45–RJ‑45 U/UTP is a 1 metre unshielded twisted-pair patch cable designed to deliver Cat6-class performance for Ethernet connections. The cable features four pairs of stranded copper conductors and is terminated with RJ‑45 plugs on both ends with 1:1 contact wiring following the EIA/TIA 568 standard. Its halogen-free, flame-retardant construction with low smoke emission and moulded kink protection makes it suitable for installations where material safety and flexible routing are important.
This Cat6 U/UTP cable provides reliable data transmission at Cat6 performance levels while remaining flexible for tight bends and compact routing. High-quality RJ‑45 plugs with gold-plated contacts ensure consistent connectivity and corrosion resistance. The halogen-free, flame-retardant outer jacket reduces toxic gas release and smoke in case of fire, and the moulded strain relief increases durability at the connector ends.
Insert each RJ‑45 plug into the corresponding Ethernet port on devices such as computers, switches, routers or wall-mounted keystone jacks. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp edges and excessive tension; use the moulded strain relief near the plug as intended to reduce stress at the termination. The cable is ready-made and requires no additional termination or tooling.
For optimal performance, use this Cat6 patch cable for short to medium runs within a single floor or rack. Avoid tightly looping the cable around small radii repeatedly and keep it separated from high-power electrical lines to minimize potential interference. Replace the cable if the jacket or connectors become visibly damaged.
