The cable consists of 8 stranded copper conductors arranged as four shielded twisted pairs with an overall braided shield and is designed for data transmission in structured cabling and direct device-to-device connections. Contact wiring follows the 1:1 EIA/TIA 568 scheme. Characteristic impedance is 100 Ω. The flexible construction allows use in confined installation spaces and narrow bends.
