Spade Verto 15G003
The Spade Verto 15G003 is a durable digging tool designed for garden and construction work. It combines a hardened steel blade with a fiberglass-reinforced handle and a comfortable bi-material ergonomic plastic grip. With a total length of 1250 mm and a blade measuring approximately 29.5 cm long and 23 cm wide, this spade is built for tasks that require penetration into compacted, rotted, or stony soil.
The hardened steel blade features a sharply pointed serrated edge that improves cutting into dense or mixed ground, reducing effort when breaking through roots and compact layers. The handle core of fiberglass increases strength and resistance to bending, while a specially knurled section enhances control during use. The bi-material ergonomic grip delivers a secure, comfortable hold, and a reinforced section at the most stress-prone area of the handle improves overall durability. Wide foot support areas on the blade enable efficient downward force application.
Hold the Spade Verto 15G003 with one hand on the ergonomic grip and the other on the upper part of the handle. Place the blade edge where you want to dig and press down using the wide foot support to drive the blade into the soil. Use the serrated pointed edge to cut through roots or break compacted soil. Once the blade is in, lever the handle to lift or turn soil. For planting, dig to the required depth, place the plant, and backfill using the spade to firm the soil.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as gloves and sturdy footwear when digging. Clean the blade after use and store the spade in a dry place to reduce corrosion risk. For heavy-duty construction tasks, inspect the reinforced handle section regularly for wear or damage and avoid levering against immovable hard objects to prolong tool life.
