Resistance Band Set Virtufit Mini Bands 3 pieces — Virtufit VF01006
The Virtufit Mini Bands set contains three compact elastic resistance bands designed to add progressive resistance to bodyweight exercises. These mini bands are intended for strength training, mobility improvement and rehabilitation work. Lightweight and space-saving, the set is suitable for home workouts, physiotherapy sessions and travel, and can be used to target hips, glutes, legs and shoulders with simple loop exercises.
Three bands with different resistance levels allow gradual progression and adaptable intensity for users of various fitness levels. The loop design ensures secure placement around ankles, knees or wrists for lateral walks, clamshells and glute bridges. The elastic material provides consistent resistance throughout the movement while remaining compact and portable. Bands are low-maintenance, easy to clean and do not require additional anchors or accessories for most bodyweight exercises.
Place a band around the ankles, just above the knees or around the wrists depending on the exercise. For lower-body activation, perform lateral band walks, clamshells, standing kickbacks or glute bridges while maintaining tension in the band throughout the movement. For upper-body activation, use the band around the wrists for shoulder external rotations, banded pull-aparts or scapular retraction drills. Start with the lightest band to assess comfort and movement quality, then progress to higher resistance bands as strength and control improve.
Inspect bands for damage before each use, avoid stretching beyond comfortable range and replace any band that shows cracks or tears. Combine the bands with bodyweight or load-based exercises for progressive training, and consult a physiotherapist or trainer when using bands for rehabilitation or if you have existing injuries.
