Wago 2005-7646 Triple-Deck Terminal Block, 6 mm², Grey
The Wago 2005-7646 is a high-performance triple-deck terminal block engineered for professional electrical installations. Designed to handle a 6 mm² cross-section, this component provides a reliable solution for complex wiring requirements in control cabinets and distribution boards. Its grey housing and compact design allow for organized and efficient circuit management, specifically supporting N/L/PE configurations within a minimal footprint.
This terminal block offers significant space savings due to its triple-deck architecture, which allows for three levels of connectivity within a single 6.2 mm wide unit. The integration of Push-in CAGE CLAMP technology ensures fast, vibration-proof, and maintenance-free connections, reducing installation time significantly. Its robust construction provides long-term reliability in demanding industrial environments, while the clear layout helps maintain order in dense wiring setups.
This terminal block is not intended for use with conductors exceeding the 6 mm² capacity or for applications requiring higher voltage ratings than specified. It is also not suitable for environments where exposure to extreme chemical agents or physical impacts exceeds the standard industrial protection ratings of the housing material.
To install, mount the terminal block onto a standard DIN rail until it clicks securely into place. Strip the conductor to the required length and insert it directly into the clamping unit. The spring-loaded mechanism automatically secures the wire, ensuring a gas-tight and vibration-resistant connection. To remove or adjust a wire, use a standard operating tool to release the clamp.
Always ensure that the power supply is disconnected before performing any wiring work. Use only compatible tools for wire insertion and removal to prevent damage to the clamping mechanism.
