Concrete float YATO YT-5202 — steel tooth float for finishing concrete work, 1 pc
Yato YT-5202 concrete float is a stainless steel plastering trowel for even distribution of adhesives, mortars, resins and similar materials. It is intended primarily for tiling and surface finishing tasks and is supplied as a single unit per pack.
The tool features a cold-rolled stainless steel work plate with elevated elasticity for durability and a two-component plastic handle that improves grip and control during prolonged use. A 6 x 6 mm notched edge helps achieve consistent material thickness when applying adhesives or mortars.
This stainless steel float is not intended for use with highly abrasive materials that can damage the work plate, nor is it designed for heavy demolition or chiselling tasks. For very large surface areas where a mechanical screed or larger finishing tool is required, this hand float may be inefficient.
Hold the float by the two-component handle and load the notched edge with adhesive or mortar. Spread the material over the substrate with firm, even strokes, maintaining a consistent angle to produce uniform ridges. Use the flat side to smooth and level if required, and clean the tool after use to prevent material build-up on the stainless steel plate and notches.
For consistent tile adhesion, select the 6 x 6 mm notched edge when working with medium-thickness adhesives and ensure the stainless steel plate is clean before use to maintain even material transfer.
