The BTR NETCOM 1309111102-E is an RJ-45 termination unit with an integrated E-DAT module designed for installation in cable ducts. It is a component-tested Class EA (Cat.6A) socket conforming to ISO/IEC 11801 Ed.2.2 and related standards, certified by GHMT and tested up to 500 MHz. The outlet supports 10 Gbit Ethernet (IEEE 802.3an), Remote Powering (PoE, PoE+ and UPoE) and HDBaseT. The housing is available with pearl white (RAL 1013) or pure white (RAL 9010) cover parts with a structured matte surface and includes integrated dust protection covers and a label window; identification labels are supplied.

How to use

Prepare the data cable and insert conductors into the BTR IDC according to the T568A or T568B marking, then terminate using the appropriate IDC tool. Route the terminated module into the cable duct with the module plug oriented 45° downwards and secure the cable with the provided strain relief point and a cable tie. Fit the cover part and dust protection if required, and insert the supplied identification label into the label window.

Usage recommendations

For reliable 10 Gbit performance, use appropriate Cat.6A cabling and maintain proper cable preparation and IDC termination. This unit is intended for mounting in cable ducts and is not suitable for standard flush-mounted or cavity wall casings.
