The BTR NETCOM M12 cable (2 m) is a shielded Cat.5e Ethernet connection line designed to IEC 61076-2-101 standards. It uses a 4-pole D-coded straight M12 connector and a green PUR outer jacket. The cable construction includes 2x2xAWG22 (0.75 mm) stranded conductors with plastic foil, an FRNC inner sheath with aluminum-coated plastic foil, and an overall tinned copper braid shield covering approximately 85% of the cable circumference. It is suitable for industrial Profinet (WS-GE-BL-OR) wiring and offers a reliable connection for automation and control systems.
The cable provides standardized D-coded M12 connections compliant with IEC 61076-2-101 and Cat.5e performance for Ethernet data transmission. Its layered shielding (foil plus tinned copper braid) and FRNC inner sheath improve electromagnetic compatibility and mechanical protection. The PUR outer jacket and stranded AWG22 conductors offer flexibility and resistance to industrial environments, while the extrusion-coated connector ends enhance connector integrity and durability.
Route the cable between M12-compatible Ethernet ports in accordance with equipment manufacturer guidelines.
