Automatic transfer switch CNC NV822461 3P 220V 100A is an automatic transfer switch (ATS) for three-phase 220V systems with a rated current of 100 A. The unit provides automatic switching between two power sources to maintain continuous power for critical loads and can also be operated manually. Compact and designed for DIN-rail mounting, it meets the low-voltage switchgear requirements of IEC 60947-6-1 and is intended for installations where uninterrupted supply is required.
The CNC NV822461 offers reliable and fast transfer performance with transfer times under 50 ms and is suitable for both 50 Hz and 60 Hz systems. It features a compact DIN-rail design for easy installation, conforms to applicable IEC standards, and includes both automatic and manual operation modes. Mount the ATS on a standard DIN rail inside the distribution panel and connect the three-phase supply and the alternate source according to the wiring diagram. Connect the load terminals to the protected circuit. Supply the control/main auxiliary circuit with AC 220 V. The switch will perform automatic transfer between sources when a mains failure is detected; manual operation is possible via the provided manual control. Verify proper fuse selection (RT16-00-63A recommended) and ensure correct grounding and protective devices are in place before energizing.
Perform commissioning checks including insulation tests, functional transfer tests and verification of transfer times. Schedule periodic inspections and functional tests according to local regulations and application criticality. Replace the device after reaching rated mechanical or electrical life cycles or if transfer reliability degrades.
