Foam Massage Roller HMS FS107 — fitness massage roller, purple
The HMS FS107 foam massage roller is a compact fitness accessory designed for self-myofascial release, muscle recovery and stretching. This purple cylindrical roller provides a firm surface for targeted pressure on soft tissues to help relieve muscle tension, improve flexibility and support both pre-workout activation and post-workout recovery. Its size and density make it suitable for use on the back, legs, glutes and core during rehabilitation and mobility exercises.
The foam material offers balanced firmness for effective pressure without excessive hardness, allowing controlled application across different muscle groups. Its compact, lightweight construction makes the roller easy to carry and store, while the smooth surface ensures consistent contact during rolling movements. The purple finish is color-coded for easy identification among training accessories.
Place the foam roller on a flat surface and position the target muscle group on top of the roller. Use controlled body weight to apply pressure and slowly roll back and forth over the area for 30–90 seconds per muscle group, adjusting intensity by shifting more or less body weight. For the back, use gentle movements and avoid direct rolling on the spine; for calves, hamstrings and glutes perform several passes and pause on tender spots to allow tissue release. Use the roller as part of a warm-up to activate muscles or as part of a cooldown to reduce stiffness.
Use the HMS FS107 regularly but moderately: begin with short sessions and increase duration as tolerance improves. Avoid using the roller on open wounds, inflamed areas, or acute injuries. If you have chronic pain, recent surgery, or medical conditions, consult a healthcare professional before starting a self-myofascial routine.
