Adhesive for puzzles Jig&Puzz with sponge applicator, up to 4000 pieces
Jig&Puzz adhesive for puzzles with sponge applicator is a liquid glue developed for sealing assembled jigsaws up to 4000 pieces. Supplied with an integrated sponge applicator, the adhesive spreads evenly over the puzzle surface to fix pieces together and produce a clear, protective finish that preserves the printed image and reduces dust and wear. The formula is intended for finalizing puzzles prior to framing or long-term display and is suitable for standard cardboard and paper-based jigsaw constructions.
The sponge applicator enables controlled, uniform application across large puzzle surfaces without the need for additional tools. The adhesive dries to a transparent, non-yellowing finish that maintains the original colors and detail of the image while holding pieces firmly in place. Its liquid consistency covers interlocking edges and small gaps to stabilize the assembled puzzle for handling, framing, or display.
Ensure the assembled puzzle lies flat on a clean, dry surface. Shake the adhesive container if instructed by the manufacturer, then use the sponge applicator to apply an even, thin layer across the puzzle, moving slowly from one side to the other to cover all pieces and interlocking seams. Allow the adhesive to dry completely on a well-ventilated, level surface; drying time may vary depending on temperature and humidity. If required, apply a second thin coat for additional stabilization once the first coat is fully dry. After drying, the puzzle can be lifted, framed, or mounted according to standard framing procedures.
Apply in a ventilated area and avoid excessive pooling of adhesive to prevent seepage between pieces. Test on a small corner or a spare puzzle edge if uncertain about compatibility with a specific puzzle material. Store the product upright in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.
