Hot glue sticks Megatec BN1021C UN POM 11 mm x 200 mm orange, pack of 5
Megatec BN1021C UN POM hot glue sticks are orange, 11 mm in diameter and 200 mm long, supplied as a pack of 5. These hot-melt adhesive sticks are formulated for use with compatible hot glue guns and provide rapid setting for light to medium bonding tasks. The product is intended for hobby, craft and general repair applications where a convenient, solid adhesive supply is required.
The Megatec BN1021C UN POM sticks offer consistent melting performance and good flow for controlled bead application. Their 11 mm diameter fits common glue gun chambers and the 200 mm length reduces the need for frequent refills. The orange colour helps with visual placement and temporary marking during assembly. Packaged in fives, the sticks are convenient for occasional users and small projects.
These glue sticks are designed for light to medium-duty applications; they are not intended for structural load-bearing joints or high-temperature exposures. For continuous industrial production or heavy-duty bonding requirements, a specialised industrial adhesive or mechanical fastening should be used instead.
Insert a single glue stick into a compatible hot glue gun, allow the gun to reach operating temperature, and apply the melted adhesive to the prepared surfaces. Press the parts together while the glue is still hot or within the working time of the melt; hold until initial set is achieved. Trim any excess after cooling. Follow the glue gun manufacturer’s instructions for temperature settings and safety precautions.
Use on clean, dry surfaces for best adhesion. Apply moderate pressure during initial set and allow full cooling before stressing the joint. For heat-sensitive materials, test a small area first or use lower-temperature settings if your glue gun supports them.
