Wood Glue Michelin Ponal Classic bottle 225 g PN18 (MPN 9H PN18)
Michelin Ponal Classic wood glue in a 225 g squeezable bottle is a white woodworking adhesive formulated for bonding solid wood and wood-based materials. The product is designed for interior use where strong, lasting joints are required, such as furniture repair, carpentry and general DIY. The bottle format enables controlled dispensing and easier application in small amounts or along seams.
Ponal Classic provides a reliable adhesive bond on clean, dry wood surfaces and common engineered wood products. The white, water-based formulation offers good open time for aligning parts before curing, and excess glue can be removed with a damp cloth while still wet. The squeezable bottle allows precise placement of glue and reduces waste compared with larger containers.
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust, oil or loose particles. Apply an even layer of glue to one of the mating surfaces using the bottle nozzle, then press parts together and clamp or hold under pressure until initial setting occurs. Remove excess adhesive with a damp cloth before it dries. Allow the joint to cure fully according to ambient temperature and humidity conditions before stressing or finishing the workpiece.
Store the bottle upright in a cool, frost-free place and close the cap tightly after use. For optimal bonding, follow standard woodworking practice: use adequate clamping pressure, avoid overly thick glue films, and allow full curing time before sanding, painting or loading the joint.
