Glue sticks MODECO MN-97-996-1 for wood 12 mm x 200 mm honey color 50 pcs 1 kg
Hot-melt glue sticks MODECO MN-97-996-1 for wood are designed for woodworking, general assembly and craft applications. Each stick measures 12 mm in diameter and 200 mm in length; the sticks have a honey color and are supplied in a pack of 50 pieces (approx. 1 kg). These glue sticks are formulated for use with compatible 12 mm hot glue guns and provide rapid setting and good adhesion on porous substrates such as wood and laminates.
The glue sticks offer quick tack and short open time for efficient assembly processes, while the honey color provides a neutral appearance on light and medium wood tones. Their 12 mm diameter fits standard industrial and workshop glue guns, and the 200 mm length reduces the frequency of reloading during continuous use. The product is supplied in a bulk pack of 50 sticks, enabling longer work cycles without frequent restocking.
Use these glue sticks with a compatible 12 mm hot glue gun following the gun manufacturer's instructions. Preheat the glue gun to the recommended operating temperature, insert a stick and allow the adhesive to reach a fluid state. Apply a thin, even bead of molten adhesive to one of the mating surfaces, press the pieces together while the adhesive is still tacky and hold until the bond sets. For best results on wood and laminates, ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust, then allow the joint to cool undisturbed.
For stronger bonds on uneven or highly porous surfaces, apply adhesive to both surfaces and use clamps or pressure until the adhesive cools. Avoid prolonged exposure of the molten adhesive to open flame and follow safety guidelines for hot-melt equipment, including using in well-ventilated areas and wearing appropriate hand protection to prevent burns.
