NEO 17-100 glue gun kit includes an 11 mm glue gun with selectable power (60 W / 100 W), 12 glue sticks, three finger protectors and a zippered fabric case. The tool is designed for both home and workshop use, offering fast glue melting, a replaceable copper nozzle with anti-drip system and a stable stand. The PTC ceramic heater provides efficient heating and the profiled handle improves handling during assembly and repair tasks.

The glue gun melts 11 mm sticks significantly faster than standard models thanks to a special internal mechanism and optimized design. Fast heating (ready in 3–5 minutes) and two operating temperatures up to 120 °C and 190 °C allow work with a variety of materials. Additional features include a fuse, an illuminated on/off switch, a non-drip metal tip and a heat-resistant housing for safer operation. The set is portable and stored in a zippered fabric case.

How to use

Insert an 11 mm glue stick into the rear of the gun, connect the device to a 230 V, 50 Hz power source and switch it on. Wait 3–5 minutes for the PTC ceramic heater to reach the selected operating temperature, then apply the glue by pressing the trigger. Use the lower temperature setting for heat-sensitive materials and the higher setting for stronger bonding or larger surfaces. When pausing work, place the gun on the supplied stand and switch it off if not used for extended periods.

Recommendations

Use suitable 11 mm glue sticks supplied with the kit or equivalent quality sticks. Wear finger protectors supplied in the set when handling the hot nozzle and melted glue. Allow glued joints to cool undisturbed for full strength. Store the tool and accessories in the zippered fabric case after cooling.
