Glue gun refill Dell Ponal Express wood glue bottle 550 g (model 9H PN10X)
Dell Ponal Express wood glue bottle 550 g (model 9H PN10X) is a ready-to-use white woodworking adhesive supplied in a squeezable bottle designed for manual application or use with systems that accept bottled wood adhesives. The viscous, water-based formula is formulated for bonding solid wood, veneered panels and other porous substrates. It offers reliable joint strength for furniture repair, interior joinery and assembly tasks where a fast-setting, gap-filling polyvinyl acetate (PVA) style adhesive is required.
The glue provides strong initial tack and good adhesion on a variety of wood species and porous materials. Its viscous consistency reduces run-off on vertical surfaces and aids in filling small gaps between mating parts. The water-based composition allows easy cleanup from tools and wet glue residue with water before drying. Packaged in a 550 g squeezable bottle, it is convenient for repeated small to medium bonding jobs and for use with compatible glue-dispensing systems.
Prepare bonding surfaces by ensuring they are clean, free of dust, grease and loose particles. Apply an even bead or thin film of the adhesive to one or both mating surfaces using the squeezable bottle or a compatible dispensing nozzle. Join parts and apply appropriate pressure or clamp according to joint type; maintain clamping pressure until sufficient initial set is achieved. Remove excess wet adhesive with a damp cloth. Allow full cure under recommended conditions for optimal bond strength before stressing the joint.
Use at moderate room temperatures and avoid application to frozen or very wet substrates. For porous or highly absorbent woods, apply a slightly heavier coat or pre-wet one side to improve transfer and adhesion. Always test on scrap material when working with unfamiliar substrates or finishes and follow any safety instructions on the product packaging regarding ventilation and skin contact.
