Quelyd Special Vinyls 300 g is a transparent adhesive formulated for bonding a wide range of vinyl coverings. Supplied by Quelyd (MPN 0018193, EAN 3549210018193), this glue in flake form is designed for installing embossed, foam and textile vinyl wall coverings as well as plush or velvet finishes, providing resistance to mould and reliable bonding for professional and DIY projects.

Advantages

The adhesive is supplied as flakes based on modified starch, offering easy preparation and a transparent finish after curing. It features a very good, mould-resistant formula, works within a moderate temperature range and achieves full cure in approximately 24–48 hours. How to use

Prepare the adhesive paste by mixing the flakes with the recommended amount of water and let it stand for about 15 minutes before use. Apply the paste evenly to the wall or the back of the vinyl covering following the manufacturer’s instructions for the chosen material. Ensure ambient and substrate temperature are between +10°C and +25°C during application and curing. Allow the bonded covering to dry and fully cure for approximately 24–48 hours before subjecting the surface to normal use.

Usage recommendations

Use on clean, dry and stable substrates. Store the product in a cool, dry place and avoid freezing. For best results, test adhesion on a small area when working with unconventional vinyl types or old surfaces.
