Directional network antenna QuWireless QuMax PoE/LAN, multi-band 0.694–2.7 GHz, up to 6 dBi, white
The QuWireless QuMax directional network antenna is a multi-band outdoor LTE antenna designed for targeted wireless links over PoE/LAN. Covering the frequency ranges 0.694–0.96, 1.7–2.2 and 2.2–2.7 GHz, it provides directional coverage with gain specified up to 6 dBi (noted as 4 / 6 dBi) and vertical polarization. The antenna comes in a compact white housing with external dimensions of 272×96×276 mm and a robust construction intended for fixed installations, including industrial outdoor environments. QuMax integrates a high-power directional antenna and a dedicated enclosure area to install a Teltonika TRB140 router, combining antenna and router in a single IP67-capable solution for long-distance links to base stations, repeaters and point-to-point connections.
The QuMax antenna combines multi-band coverage with a directional radiation pattern to improve signal strength toward a chosen base station or repeater, reducing interference from undesired directions. Its maximum gain of up to 6 dBi helps extend link range for fixed installations while the compact white enclosure simplifies mounting and protects internal components. The integrated provision for installing a Teltonika TRB140 router inside the antenna housing enables an all-in-one outdoor deployment that reduces cabling and weatherproofing work. Vertical polarization and support for standard PoE/LAN connections make integration with existing network equipment straightforward.
Mount the QuMax antenna at a suitable outdoor location with clear line of sight toward the target base station or repeater and secure it using appropriate mast or wall brackets. Install the Teltonika TRB140 router in the designated enclosure area according to the router manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring all seals and gaskets are properly fitted to maintain weather protection. Connect the router to the antenna feed and route PoE or LAN cabling as required, following standard safety and grounding procedures. After power-up, align the antenna for optimal signal strength by monitoring link metrics on the router or receiver and make fine adjustments to azimuth and elevation until desired performance is achieved.
For best performance, place the antenna as high as practical and ensure a clear line of sight to the remote station. Use quality shielded cabling and follow local grounding and lightning protection practices. When installing the Teltonika TRB140 inside the enclosure, confirm IP67 seals are intact to preserve weather resistance and periodically inspect mounts and connectors for corrosion or loosened fittings.
