RAWLPLUG glue pins 12 x 200 mm, 10 pcs for wood, model 5314822
RAWLPLUG glue pins 12 x 200 mm, pack of 10, are solid hot-melt adhesive sticks designed for bonding wood, wood-based materials and leather surfaces with a glue gun. Each stick has a 12 mm diameter to fit most standard glue guns, a 200 mm length for extended use per stick, and a working temperature range of 170–210°C. The adhesive sets quickly, with a tack-free time of approximately 30–35 seconds, and remains usable at temperatures down to −5°C. The set contains 10 glue pins (model 5314822).
These RAWLPLUG glue pins provide fast setting and minimal odor during application. Their 12 mm diameter ensures compatibility with the majority of market-available glue guns, while the 200 mm length increases working time between replacements. The formulation maintains performance down to −5°C, and the specified working temperature (170–210°C) suits common hot-melt glue gun settings.
Insert a glue pin into a compatible 12 mm hot-melt glue gun and allow the gun to reach the recommended operating temperature (170–210°C). Apply molten adhesive to clean, dry surfaces, press parts together and hold until the bond sets, typically within 30–35 seconds. Replace the glue stick when the gun indicates low material or when the stick is consumed. Allow cooled joints to reach room temperature for full handling.
For best results, test adhesion on a small area before full application, ensure surfaces are free of dust, oil and moisture, and use protective gloves and adequate ventilation when working at elevated temperatures.
