How to use

Place the roller under the target muscle and use your body weight to apply pressure while moving slowly along the muscle belly. For example, to work the calves sit on the floor with the roller under the lower leg and roll from Achilles to below the knee; for the thoracic spine lie on the roller placed perpendicular to the spine and move the upper body gently. Maintain controlled breathing and avoid rolling directly over joints or bony prominences. Adjust the amount of body weight and duration of rolling to comfort and training goals.
