Springos ACT0103 is a compact foam massage roller set from the Actiget® universal series, made of durable EVA material. The kit contains a 33 cm foam roller, an 8 cm massage ball and a 16 cm double massage ball, all with medium firmness (50° Shore A). The roller has a 14 cm outer diameter, a 5 cm inner diameter and 4.5 mm foam thickness. The set is lightweight, portable and supplied with a drawstring storage bag sized 43×30×15 cm. It is intended for myofascial release, muscle recovery, physiotherapy support and general home workouts where targeted self-massage and mobility work are required.

How to use

Place the foam roller under the targeted muscle group and slowly roll along the muscle while supporting your body with hands or feet to control pressure. Use the massage ball to apply targeted pressure to small trigger points by placing the ball between your body and a stable surface and leaning into it. The double massage ball is suitable for massaging along the spine or both sides of a tendon simultaneously; position it so the spine rests in the middle groove and move the body slowly. Start with short sessions of 1–2 minutes per area and increase duration as tolerated. Clean the EVA surfaces with mild soap and water and store the set in the drawstring bag when not in use.
